Design Wall Monday - She's Up!
Yeah! I got all the freezer paper backing off without destroying my work. She's stuck to the background I hand-dyed for her. I'd tell how I did it, but I'm not really sure -- I think it's a miracle...

Oh, she looks mooooo-tiful! It was a nice surprise when I clicked on your name and she came into view on my screen. I do love her.
glen in Louisiana (who is g today on the list)
Oh my gosh. That is adorable.
Is looking sooo wonderful.
Perfection! I would like to know how you performed that miracle. Great job.
Holy cow! She sure looks great, especially on your background!
What about having comments on 1 day from 3 different Barb/ Barbara's? Just sayin'...
Looks way cool! I just know this is going to be a most fabulous finished piece!
Your cow looks great on that background fabric. You did an awesome job!
How cleaver. Would look great in a country home.
This is wonderful; I love it! Is the woman's face and the child in the background fabric just a random "what do you see in the clouds" thing? :)
The 'cowlick' on the left ear is a nice touch!!!

Very cute and she came together very nicely. I always get nervous when it is time to take the paper off paper pieced projects because I have had poor outcomes in the past. Nice job.
OMG Karen - I thought I was the only one doing a cow series! I'm doing a quilt that is entitled Calendar Cows and this makes me want to get back after it! GMTA!!!! Thanks for sharing!
She's a beauty. I love the fabric choice on the ears, and can't wait to see how you enhance this with the threadwork.
she is gorgeous...
most excellent. I do love her and her background!
She's a sweetheart!! Reminds me of the cow's on TV that were trying to get to california!
