Mag32 -- The Wrong Side of the Line

On quicksand, tiptoe.
Shifting silently for and fro
barely balancing between
fine lines that've been drawn

the grains slip through,
immortal, pouring to
the end of the line.
The end of my time.

Short, but very deep... and is it the 'end of my time' if 'grains slip through, immortal'...

Either by tiptoeing or by stomping...we all leave our mark in the sands of time. I hope the mark on those I've touched as been meaningful.
